RETURNS & CREDITS

 

Soho Girl’s policy is that we do not refund unless in the case of faulty items. We do however offer returns for store credit. Our policy lasts 14 days, If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact returns@sohogirl.com.au

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it.  Please ensure it is in clean condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, free from make-up & fake tan

Please note the following:

- We do not hold items for exchange while your returned item is being sent back. 

- If you are exchanging an item, any postage costs will be on-charged to the customer.

- Postage must be covered to send the item back to us.

- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS.

-  Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on swimwear, makeup, jewelry or gift cards therefore please take caution when purchasing these items.

 

To complete your return, we require you to email us at customercare@sohogirl.com.au to get a returns form (alternatively should also receive one with your package). It is very important that we receive this form completed with your items being returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item
