The Jackson shopper/ tote bags are all made from jute which is extremely strong- the bags are capable of carringy between 10 kgs -14 kgs.
Each bag is handmade, no machinery is used at all throughout the process, except for the dying.
Only Azo free dyes are used.

We work with talented handicraft women in rural Bangladesh. The women have the option to work at the community centre or at home to fit in with their family lives'. The women are paid directly. We're proud to support the education, healthcare and livelihoods of the craftspeople in Bangladesh who have become Louise’s “extended family”.
